I’ve never been stung by a jelly fish wtf!
I knew it was ojo (pronounced oh-ho) (aka evil eye) because of the fact that everything happened in a timely order and even though it seemed like a natural happening, the other factors around me like never seeing a single jelly fish in the water EVER at this beach made it obvious to me.
When it comes to evil eye, IYKYK.

Silence is a favorite for me (Yaya) personally, it’s something that really has given me a space to recharge and really hear and feel all of me. Outside influences are everywhere we turn, do you allow yourself to be distracted?

When you try to meditate do you get a random itch that tries to distract? Do you get those random thoughts? Do you start to notice those random noises? These are all difference layers of awareness and distraction.

Yes, it is known. Not everybody can do that type of meditation. Stillness can be sitting outside and be present with nature, it doesn’t have to be in a dark room, with eyes closed and silence. Peace can be scary for those that aren’t not used to it.
.
Find the way to be still. Can it be in the shower with the water? Closing your eyes and being in that moment? Are you speaking into the water your intentions for the day? The little things and make a huge difference, but it’s all about believing in yourself and what you’re putting out. What you’re putting out also needs to have faith in knowing that it’s already yours.
