ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Mosie Burks, a Mississippi-born gospel singer who rose from poverty and hardship to become a soloist and a member of one of the most popular gospel choirs in the country the Mississippi Mass Choir. Mosie Burks was born on June 17, 1933 in Forest, Mississippi and later moved to Jackson where she became the choir’s go-to soloist for its roof-raising traditional fare, such as "This Morning When I Rose", "They Got the Word" and "I Love to Praise Him." Now at the age of 92, Miss Burks has retired from the choir but she will always be remembered as one of the Greatest Inspirational Gospel Singers in the world. www.QLiveone.com

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Candy Dulfer is a Dutch jazz and pop saxophonist. She is the daughter of jazz saxophonist Hans Dulfer. She began playing at age six and founded her band Funky Stuff when she was fourteen. Her debut album Saxuality (1990) received a Grammy nomination. She has performed and recorded with her dad Hans, Prince, Dave Stewart, Van Morrison, Angie Stone, Maceo Parker and Rick Braun and has performed live with Alan Parsons Pink Floyd and Tower of Power. ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Tal Wilkenfeld is an Australian bassist, singer and songwriter. She has performed with artists including Chick Corea, Jeff Beck, Prince, Incubus, Eric Clapton, Herbie Hancock, Toto, and Mick Jagger. In 2008, Wilkenfeld was voted "The Year's Most Exciting New Player" in a Bass Player magazine readers' choice poll. In 2013, Wilkenfeld was awarded the Bass Player magazine's "Young Gun Award" by Don Was; she then performed "Chelsea Hotel" by Leonard Cohen.
