Look at this precious baby!!! He was found wandering around the street after the massacre over the 4th of July. Strangers picked him up, and took him to a firehouse where they were told... at the time, they could NOT be babysitters. They took this angel home, posting on Social media to help find his family. Only to get a visit from the FBI later, that both his parents were murdered at the parade. This has to stop!!! We have to do better. This can NOT be our normal weekly life occurance. Please be a part of the change, we can NOT go on like this. :'(

Best DAMN concert that will ever exist‼ RIP Michael Lang, thank you for those who were there, those of us who WISH they were there... and those who claim to be. 🎶 🎸

We are deeply saddened by the death of our partner Michael Lang. He was a producer, father, environmentalist, friend, husband and most of all, one-of-a-kind dreamer whose mark on the world is undeniable. He will be missed.

What is a Ghost Bike? A ghost bike is a bicycle roadside memorial, placed where a cyclist has been killed or severely injured, usually by the driver of a motor vehicle. Apart from being a memorial, it is usually intended as a reminder to passing motorists to share the road.

This week, the San Antonio District Attorney chose not to take the case of the death of Tito Bradshaw to court and sentenced the lady who ran him over to 20 days of jail time, with additional years for probabtion. Every time I see the news report of a fatal bicycle accident, my heart stops... as I wait to see what color the bike is and if the person has been identified. My Son is an avid cylist in the community, and while I thank God he is safe... I mourn for the family who's Son/Daughter, Father/Mother, Brother/Sister has just been killed.

When I cry, SOMEBODY must do something to help bring a stop to these sensless deaths... I realize, I am somebody. How can I be grateful it wasn't my family member, and move on till the next news story breaks!?

In his short yet elaborate career as a musician, Robert Johnson was known for traveling all over the United States trying to make his way as a musician. Sometime in 1936, Robert had travelled to Jackson, Mississippi to sought out H. C. Speir, who ran a general store and also acted as a talent scout. However, Speir put Johnson in touch with Ernie Oertle, who, as a salesman for the ARC group of labels, introduced Johnson to Don Law to record his first sessions in San Antonio, Texas. So from the 23rd to the 25th of November, Law booked Johnson in room 414 of the Gunter Hotel in San Antonio, where Brunswick Records had set up a temporary recording studio. ⁣

The three day recording session, featured Johnson playing 16 selections along with alternative takes for most of the songs. Among the songs featured were “"Come On in My Kitchen", "Kind Hearted Woman Blues", "I Believe I'll Dust My Broom" and "Cross Road Blues”. Out of all the songs featured in the recording session, the first few songs to be released was "Terraplane Blues" and "Last Fair Deal Gone Down”. ⁣

However, what’s interesting to note about this recording session is that initially Johnson recorded all of his commercial songs. On the final two days of the recording sessions, he dug deep into his repertoire and brought out deep and introspective songs like “Me and the Devil Blues” and “Hellhound on My Trail”. ⁣
