Owned by ITI Music Corporation, our company ITI Records was formed in 1982 as a production company for up and coming artists in the jazz community. It was based on the belief that these talented artists needed to present their compositions to the public and that ITI was one vehicle to do just that. Having spent over 30 years in the music industry Mike Dion served as Buyer, Director, Vice President
and President with many Major and Independent labels including United Artists Records, Polydor and ABC Records/Impulse Records, in all genres that included country stars Barbara Mandrell & The Oak Ridge Boys, pop/rock stars Steely Dan & Electric Light Orchestra, Jimmy Buffet, and r&b stars Ray Charles &, Rufus & Chaka Khan. That said, Warrant Music was established to assist musicians obtain their goals in reaching their fans from these other genres. We are distributed digitally worldwide by The Orchard and domestically and internationally via physical CDs by AMPED (SUPER D/ALLIANCE). After Thirty Years since its inception, ITI Records returned to re-release most of its original catalog, along with new releases. With the new digital age all titles are now available digitally world-wide with many available in digi-pak and/or a Custom Jewel box CD for retail and consumers alike. Since the re-start of the label, ITI Music Corporation has emerged as the parent company for both ITI Records, primarily a Jazz label, and Warrant Music for all other genres of music including blues, classical and rock.
