No one wants to hear this but I’m going to say it.

Change is difficult.
Change can be painful.
Change takes time.

But on the other side of that journey, you’ll find growth. You’ll find out who you were always meant to be.

Do what scares you each day.
Ask for that promotion.
Talk to that person you’ve wanted to ask out.
Talk to that stranger.
Apply for that job.
Go to the gym.

Do it all, scared.
Hands trembling.
Do it till your hands become steady.

Do this each day and pretty soon what you feared won’t scare you any longer.
