Bradley is of course renowned for playing Pinhead in the Hellraiser franchise for 8 total films. He’s also known for roles in Nightbreed, voice work in Star Wars: The Old Republic, narration for Cradle of Filth, and directing/producing horror content like Doug Bradley's Spine Chillers, solidifying his status as a horror icon.

He can also be heard once again as the voice of Pinhead in the upcoming 2026 video game Clive Barker’s Hellraiser Revival.
