3.) Referral partners; This is one of our favorites! Find other agencies or freelancers that provide services that are complimentary to yours and set up a referral partnership. The more partnerships you set up, the more warm leads you'll be getting around the clock!

The weekend is a time to plan our work for next week and of course, to lay back and relax!

Here are some quick reminders for when you're planning your week:

⭐ Do a brain dump. But don't just leave it there, organize it into columns, sections, categories, etc... Whether it's by the type of work, how long it takes, urgency or importance.

⭐ Take that now organized brain dump, assign deadlines and start fitting everything into your schedule. But DO NOT overload yourself!! Only give yourself 1-3 major things to work on per day!

⭐ Remember to make work blocks throughout your schedule everything. You can't be working all day every day next week. Throw in some breaks here and there throughout the day, it's okay!

1️⃣ Get in touch with hot leads on UpWork.

If there's one great way to get client social media followers and clients with ease, it's by using UpWork.

Reason being, business owners go on there already looking for a social media manager. All you have to do is convince them why you're their best option!

2️⃣ Search and apply to social media job listings.

Another great way to find 'hot leads', is to go and find job listing for social media managers and apply for them. The business is already looking for a social media manager, so they're essentially a lead ready to 'sign up'.

You get in touch with them or simply apply for the job, but from a different angle. Explain to them how by working with you, they'll get more results/work/etc.. for a fraction of their posted salary.

Many agencies/social media managers do this, and it's a genius strategy!

3️⃣ Partner with complimentary agencies.

Partnering with complimentary agencies is a gold mine, that we personally have been using since day 1.

The way this works is you find agencies that don't offer your service and have a good client base. For example: A Facebook ads agency partnering with us(social media management), they have clients who want social media, they refer them to us. We have clients that want Facebook ads, we refer those clients to the agency.
