Views from Haleakala. Stunning.
Got this parasailing shot only because my sister and mom drove around until we were close enough to get it. Just because I wanted to. Love them.
By the way, if you ever get a chance, visiting Hawaii at least once in your life should be on your bucket list.
Sunset hits a bit different in Hawaii.
Special moments.
Bonneville Salt Flats.
Awesome spot. Want to come back here and do different types of shoots. A formal black tie shoot for sure when dry AND wet. FYI, def make sure you got some shoes that you don't mind ruining, depending on the conditions. That salt is impressive.
A girl will always need her dad...
Loved this special moment between this bride and her father. Their bond was evident with the gift she gave him on her wedding day that meant what only nonverbals could express. So glad she did her first look with him!
Happy Father's Day to her father and all the other great fathers, grandfathers and father figures out there!
Fathers.
Introducing your future pharmacist. She's beautiful, bold AND smart. Congrats Elizabeth! Excited for your future, Ms. Senior Grad!
Spiral Jetty.
The best clients are the repeat ones... 😜
But seriously. This family!! So excited for the newest upcoming member! And the furry member just made the session incredibly sweet.
Secrets boys only tell their moms.
Mothers.
Should be honored. And yes, the last photo is fitting. Couldn't be a mom without him. Just sayin'.
Soon.
I'm so excited. Getting some new photography and videography gear. Planning details. Gonna be a blast!
New car.
Jk. Floresville car show. Gotta go join this group! Their cars are ahhh-mazing.
An early congrats to this 2024 Grad! Her session was STUNNING for just 30 mins!
Lovely meeting her, her mom and her sis. Had a ridiculous AM sunrise session, totally worth the chill and early wake-up call.
Almost time for lights out… Merry Christmas!
Enjoy your time with family and loved ones, and remember what’s most important. And it’s most certainly not gifts, though I would never turn down one. 😜

One of my favorites…
This is why we shoot in raw and edit. Swipe to see the before.
Will probably do a “how-to” reel on this one.
Oh, and I named this bison. I can’t tell you the name though. But you can ask my sister and see if she’ll tell you. 😁
When things go opposite as planned, sometimes it end up being the best… 👇🏾
This photo was never supposed to happen.
And now it’s one of my favorites. And yes, I put that word there. And yes, I had to look up the spelling in the dictionary.
You know how it is when it doesn’t look right? Baha.
Anywho, this is on Fairy Falls Trail in Wyoming. I had planned to return back after being there earlier in the week, to get a top down view of the Grand Prismatic Spring.
I busted butt getting up early to drive 2.5-3 hours and be there in Yellowstone by the coveted photographer’s Golden Hour sunrise time.
I get there, excited, packed with gear, snacks and WATER, and get out to hike and the FOG smacks me in the face.
So I smacked it back.
Jk.
I thought positively and told myself, “let’s just go, and probably by the time we get up to the top, the fog will be clearing.” So, I hike. And hike. Get to the top. 2 other people are there waiting.
And we can NOT see ANYTHING. The fog was THICK.
So, I wait. The 2 leave after 30 mins. Another photographer comes. He waits. He leaves.
I’m there 1.5 hours and NO give to the fog.
Talk about being disappointed.
So, I pack my gear together and start the hike back down.
And that’s when I see the view I missed on the way up. The fog was beaoooootiful!
Turns out, I got to practice doing some selfies (yeah I know, surprising but wait ‘til you see them), AND got some unique shots of the landscape.
This tree, being on the edge of trail and land, is one of them. And I stinkin’ love it.
So, just note, there is ALWAYS an opportunity to find beauty in every situation. You just might have to look at it through a different angle to see it.
And another lesson learned, the fog is just as beautiful as the sunrise.
Siblings.
Sometimes you have to move over and share the spotlight with your brother.
Introducing Boss Woman: Melanie M.
I’m all about supporting small business owners. Her beauty is nothing compared to her brains.
Getting personal with this photo.
You might see a keyboard and music... I see blood, sweat and tears. Lol
One of the sweetest (and shortest!) maternity shoots! Such a lovely family. They were such troopers including the little older sister. We tried shooting early to avoid the heat but it was toastyyyy, but SO worth it!
Shout out to all those mamas for braving the Texas heat!
To look towards the sun? Or away from the sun?
Loving this bday session. Rock it Carina.
Little today, big tomorrow.
How do they grow so fast?!
Making her way downtown, walking fast... in them high heels though.
Bridals at home? Why, yes!
How can you NOT when your childhood home looks like this?!! Just STUNNING. And this is just the front porch! Wait until you see the rest!
By the way, brides, let this be a gentle push to DEFINITELY do a bridal shoot. So worth it.
Thank you to the bride and her family for allowing me the opportunity! So beautiful! Jan Castellano, your home is gorgeous!
Sometimes the flower girl wants a peek at the bride. And when she's that cute, you just open the door and let her.
This couple though...
Shy with the PDA but so sweet!

Alex. Now graduated senior... and your future nuclear med tech, or whatever else God has in store for him. One of the hardest working young men I know.

White Balance makes a difference… 👇🏾 In photography it is IMPERATIVE to get your white balance right. Now, white balance (WB) is subjective. Preferably, I manually control my settings whereas others may use auto WB. But the goal of setting your WB is to make your whites/neutrals in camera match the whites/neutrals in real life, in that moment, when that photo is being taken. Why? Because it helps set the correct tone for all the other colors. However, you can correct WB in post, when editing. Hence the idea for this reel. 1. The first image you see is of dusk at Oxbow Bend in Wyoming, at the Grand Teton National Park. It is the RAW, unedited image. 2. The next images you see are edited. The ONLY difference, from image to image, is a manipulation of the WB correction. That was a pure accident. In messing around, I went to the extreme from cool to warm and LOVED the effect. Then I tried just changing the tint, and again, the result was stunning. Lesson learned: sometimes deviating from the norm will open your eyes to a completely new image. And you just might love the results. Which is your favorite? I have 2 in that particular set. One word... BEAUTIFUL. The SA Botanical Gardens was gorgeous as usual, but this wedding was STUNNING because of the beautiful couple tieing the knot. Congrats Emily and Francisco! Love your family! That FARM life though... Seriously. Hard work, great people, life-saving results. What a life they live. I am grateful for them. May they never be taken for granted. And... I may be missing a few steps but I think I got the main points in there! Realized I didn't post this on here! I'm still learning folks... anywho. Met this lovely couple last month, my last wedding of 2021. They were super kind, obviously family focused in keeping their wedding ceremony to close family and friends, and up for anything. To each their own, but I'm loving these small weddings. Every bride should know that you can still have a beautiful wedding with a great creative team (@peywaldoesitall on IG) while not blowing ALL your savings. So congrats to Dessinie & Christerfer! Thank you for trusting me with your highlight reel... final edit coming your way in a few mere weeks! #weddingvideographyservices #SATXSmallBusiness #weddingvideographer
Cake Smash... because why not?! My favorite part about this clip is the bride's glee right before the smash, lol. You go girl! To the non-traditional wedding cake scene... brides, you do you! Grooms, if you love her, you go along with it. :) #wedding #weddingvideographer #texasvideographer #weddingvideography #weddingvideographyservices #sanantonio #SATXSmallBusiness #satx

I've been low key excited to be working on this couple's final highlight! Their private ceremony back in May 2021 to their recent full reception celebration with friends and family was so sweet. They obviously prioritize their loved ones, and I was honored to be a part of their creative team. Figured to break up the monotony a bit and showcase a little bit of the groom having a bit of fun... I totally wasn't ready for it, so you get shaky camera footage and everything. 😊 #wedding #weddingday #weddingfilmmaker #weddingvideo #weddingvideography #texas #texaswedding #filmmaking #filmmaker #bride #groom #engagement #engaged #elopement #smallwedding
Congrats to Hana & Chris! Loved this intimate wedding at her family home, on a river front! Ridiculously beautiful. My first time experiencing an elevator bridal entrance and it was one-of-a-kind! Wishing them all the best in their new life together! Can't wait to finalize their whole film... it's gonna be stunninggggg... #weddingday #wedding #weddings #weddingvideographer #videographer #video #engaged #bride #bridetobe #groom #shesaidyes #texaswedding #texas #filmmaker #filmmaking #smallbusiness
Got a feeling that the flowers at Un Lugar De Paz are going to be awesome for bridal portraits. Thank you to the owner for allowing me to get some drone footage of this! Venue: @unlugardepaz_tx *Disclaimer: NO flowers were harmed in the making of this video. My mother brought her own. 😊 #videographer #videography #dji #drone #video #promo #smallbusiness #unlugardepaz #pleasantontexas #texas #portraits
Working on their film brings back all the feels... Their energy was 🔥 on 06.06.2021! And their wedding venue was beautiful! Congrats to the Leonhardt couple, can't wait to share more!
These two though... I loved their ceremony. Sweet and intimate. It truly was just about him and her. And then their family at the end. I mean, grab the tissue box! Again, congrats Amy and Garett! I know I've said it already but seriously, wish you both God's best! #wedding #weddings #weddingdress #engagement #bride #groom #sanantonio #filmmaking #filmmaker
So excited to share this... such a sweet wedding with so many precious moments! Awesome to see how God blessed their wedding day. Congratulations Amy & Zeke! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your creative team. Was honored to participate in filming the intimate ceremony of these two a few days ago! Congratulations Amy and Garett! You guys are gorgeous and just dynamite together!
Preview of what's to come of this beautiful and resilient couple's Wedding Day. Will save more details for the full highlight film in a few weeks, but let's just say that though the wind was a beast, they worked it for a stunning result! Excited to share this BEFORE film of Kathryn 'Persyn' Jasik’s Venue! What a rustic beauty this place already is! I am so excited for her and what's to come in her business ventures. My sister and I had a blast getting to see her work in progress and doubly blessed to have made a like-minded friend in the process. What a hardworking but genuine soul she is. Congrats on what's to come Kate! Thank you for letting me participate in a teeny tiny way! #EventVideographer #satx #videography
