Morning POV ☀️ One of the best things..I've learned about myself is that I need the connection of nature to feed my soul✨.I've always been connected to the 🏝️beach even as a young girl 💕 the sand between my toes, the 🌊waves crashing, the sun ☀️and the wind. When I'm there nothing else matters it's as if my soul feels the serenity that washes over me. .As I grew older and life got busy with marriage and raising babies. I would often feel disconnected and would crave the connection to be outdoors ( this is when I worked my full-time job and finishing up my degree) I found myself feeling depressed, anxious and overwhelmed. It was then that really payed attention to what had changed?
