Bob Salas, our Neighborhood & Family Services director, is retiring after 18 years with the City of San Angelo.

During his time here, Bob created the Neighborhood & Family Services Department, which includes community development, social services, code compliance, animal services and WIC. He worked to eliminate veteran homelessness in our community and oversaw affordable housing projects that made more than 400 apartments available to low-to-moderate income residents.

Thank you, Bob, for your many years of work. We wish you the best in your retirement!

SAN ANGELO – The owners of Little Angel`s Restaurant are a young couple who come from the Mexican Republic, Juan from the state of Guanajuato and Norma from the state of Hidalgo which they both brought to this country part of their culture, Mexican food.
The Crespo family for 10 years has shared their delicious food with the community of San Angelo. And every year they help celebrate the traditional Christmas Posada San Angelo, for that reason they were recognized by the Mexican consulate that was presented by Mr. Gregorio Gutierrez.
