A cold front will move through today and temperatures will tank behind it. Wednesday and Thursday mornings are going to be brutal for anyone who has to spend time outside. Wind chills are forecast to range anywhere from -10° to 5° tomorrow morning. Make sure you and your loved ones bundle up the next few mornings, especially if you have children who have to wait outside for the bus.

An arctic cold front will move south across our area on Tuesday. The front is expected to move through the Big Country between 9 AM and Noon, between Noon and 3 PM across the Concho Valley to Coleman & Brown Counties, and between 3 PM and 6 PM in southern parts of the area. The front should reach I-10 around 5 PM. Temperatures will fall quickly after the frontal passage, and will be accompanied by north winds 15-25 mph with higher gusts. The map below shows the forecast highs on Tuesday just before the arctic cold front arrives, but this will depend on its specific timing.
