Oh man…do we have something to CELEBRATE!

Introducing Gunnar and Gavin Ohman. These young men have just reached their 1 year anniversary as AERMOTOR employees!

After an 8 month Internship thru the Texas Workforce Center, they individually proved their work ethic and abilities and were asked to stay on as full-time employees.

Twin brothers, working side by side assembling and banding wood rods. This tedious task has been mastered by the Ohman boys!

Gunnar and Gavin just graduated from Miles High School in May, on their 19th birthday. To have secured employment with such an incredible company is a blessing for these young men as they are each on the Autism Spectrum. AERMOTOR was able to accommodate their needs.

We are so proud to have watched them not only master skills in their department but to watch each of them flourish in other areas of the manufacturing facility. Operating punch presses, grinding machines, always willing to lend a helping hand setting up at Rodeo, even helping with the groundskeeping on their weekends!

Happy 1 Year Anniversary Gunnar and Gavin, we are so lucky to have you both on our team!
