Well Aware (2022)
Our team of Method sisters, Laura & Hannah Ruark, traveled to East Africa with our client Well Aware for the annual Rafiki trip to see firsthand what the organization does to improve people's lives worldwide.
The team visited four local communities in Kenya where Well Aware has current water projects in progress and experienced the team breaking water with a brand new drill that will benefit over 200 students and 400 local community members.
This duo couldn't go all the way to Africa without seeing its beautiful landscape & wildlife!

How you dressed at work used to be a way to express yourself. But in the Zoom era, we don't have the same outlet for owning our identity — how do you make an impression or express your individuality on a screen? At Method, we do it with our digital backgrounds.
Since January, our creative team has designed a suite of meeting backgrounds each month to help us reclaim our individuality. Each new series of backgrounds features socially-conscious and creatively-inspired themes.
The curated series also syncs with our remote work program we expanded last year — we call it Method Anywhere. With Method Anywhere, we’ve attracted new talent from across the country and offered unprecedented flexibility to our current team members.
None of us knows when or how or if a return to traditional office work will happen. And we’re OK with that. Method Anywhere continues to support our people, and our backgrounds series will continue to encourage them to be themselves.
