Last day of tour is here. Always strange that it feels like I’ve been gone for a year but it also passed in the blink of an eye. I’m burnt and tired of being hot all the time but I know this is going to be one that I miss when everything is said and done.

This release defined being “too close to the canvas” for me. I spent so much time stressing about every little detail, reassessing every risk I took in each part of the process and the response has been nothing short of cathartic. So grateful to have gotten the response we have and so thankful all the time spent on this project is paying off 🤘❤️🤘

After 3 years of prepping, plans and strategies changing, tour preparations, and 2 weeks of 12 to 18 hour days meticulously analyzing every detail in the mix phase we’re right at the final stages of the record. I’m really proud of what we’ve done and I took a few risks with the production and the mixing and mastering so I hope everyone thinks it’s as rad as we do. It’s gonna be rolling out probably sooner than you think so keep your eyes peeled 🤘
I’m gonna start sharing more of my productions and the story behind them to highlight some of my bands. Proud of what we do together and the production side of the industry doesn’t get talked about enough so I figured I’d start the conversation.
This is the first song I produced and mixed for Moon Teeth. Was blown away by how talented everyone is and how they all had the mutual goal of making the song as good as possible. Currently working on an EP with the group and they’re some of my favorite productions I’ve done because of how collaborative and open the band is. Very excited to see what this band does in the future because in my opinion it’s looking pretty bright 🤘😎🤘
