Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie 🥧
📋 Ingredients:
- 1 pre-baked pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- Assorted Reese's candies (Reese's Pieces, Mini Reese's Cups, etc.) for topping

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until well combined.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust, spreading it evenly and smoothing out the top.
4. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for a few minutes before stirring until smooth, creating a ganache.
5. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter filling in the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until set.
7. Before serving, top with assorted Reese's candies for an extra delicious touch.
