I’ve come close to doing this a few times! 😆Never discuss potential offer terms in the house or driveway! It could put you at a negotiating disadvantage. Many sellers now have surveillance systems with audio monitoring. 🤫

This sale was a little bittersweet being that it was our 5th sale together & likely the last. These clients aren’t investors they just ‘like’ to move every few years. Every house they’ve owned they’ve made awesome improvements to and have been able to sell it for a good profit! 💪🏼 They have now found their perfect forever home though & I’m just so thrilled for them! 💛
