Sometimes when life gives you lemons it's good to have some friends help you make lemonade! ONE STEP AWAY was the brainchild of a few concerned citizens who decided there should be a place to turn when you are facing daunting obstacles. The mission is : “The One Step Away Fund raises money for working artists living in Salem, Mass., who due to hardship and life altering events such as medical, accident, or fire, need monetary assistance.”

To help us support artists in need OSA will have a night of music and art to support our mission. Our second fundraiser will be held SUNDAY, JUNE 9th from 5-11 p.m. upstairs at Murphy's, 300 Derby St., Salem MA. This event will be held on the last night of the Salem Arts Festival and we hope you can join us. Tickets are $5.00 in advance (available at Seaport Cafe & In A Pig's Eye) and $7.00 at the door. There will be a silent auction with some great surprise items and artwork by local talent.

Brian Donnelly will be our MC and the music is lining up to include: Christine Baze, Bad Actors, Erinn Brown, Brittanica and Colony Vegetable...
