I had a little oak farm table for many years that was a gift from a good friend of my father's. I loved it! It moved across the country with me, it was a dining table, an entry table and even my desk. it was pretty cute. Eventually as I got better at my own alignment I started to realize that whenever I looked at the table, the tragic story of this man's death haunted me.

He died brutally in a thoughtless boating accident. I told the story TOO many times while sitting at that table over dinner or coffee or in my head as I wrote a blog post for my photography business. I had saged and cleansed the table, but my mind was shrouded in the incident.

When I realized this, it took awhile before I eventually let the table go. I sold it to a newly wed couple who had a shabby chic farmhouse and they used it for thier breakfast nook. For them it was just a cool find from the marketplace, no tragic story of loss. They sent me a picture of it in it's new home and they loved it as much as I had.

Life Design. Design your Life!

Clear clutter, create beauty in your space, get clear on your desires, live from a place that lights you up inside!

If you're in a transitional period right now, which many of us are (myself included), it's a good time to declutter and donate things that don't light you up. Marie Kondo wrote a little book on this concept of only surrounding yourself with things that spark joy, she put it all so well.

The best way to begin to release items in your space is to get quiet and see what feelings arise when you think about one item. Listen to those feelings.

Let go of items tied to past relationships, broken items, things that create a negative emotion. Sometimes these things can literally block us from our future. We rarely think about things in this way, but they do hold frequency and create an emotional response within us.

You can do that with everything in your life, not just inatimate objects. This is your guidance system.

I have a habit of changing a lot and my envorinment changes with me. My furniture, my clothing my habits all shift when I am in a shift. I am in a shift right now! Re-imagining, re-creating my life in a new direction. Carefully sitting with items, relationships and events to see how they make me feel inside.

A little fear is a good thing, as my boundaries are being pushed and I'm growing in a new direction, but heavy dread, sadness or anger are things that must go. They are not in alignment.

This is how you GET into alignment. Take the time to methodicallly feel your response to your environmet and edit it acordingly.

You may occasionally want to hold onto something that makes you feel bad and that of course is your choice! But now you KNOW that this piece generates a negative feeling. And...you may eventually let it go.

Free yourself! Let it go.

The Vision Vortex is starting up again! (Pleasure Pyramid, S*x Magic Circle, Vision Vortex) It's been called a few names over the last few years, but the practice remains the same. I am doing this becuase this is what I want to experience! A group of powerful women coming together for the manifestation of an agreed upon outcome!

I have been experimenting with sacred s*xuality for 30 years, diving deep into esoteric wisdom and using data from my personal experiences like a scientist of love.

There are so many pieces to this puzzle that are hard to put into words, because it’s a feeling. A feeling that is part of my being and yours too.

So much information is packed into feelings, years and years of book knowledge is downloaded in a sphere of light consciousness.

I want this for you.

The place to enter this temple is pleasure. Pleasure is an act of consciously choosing to feel all that is and enjoy those feelings.

Most of us lack the ability to feel a high level of pleasure because we have been shamed into thinking that this hedonistic act is “bad”.

Real pleasure is not only good, but can be a path to the divine.

The key lies in looking for small pleasures first.

We have been trained to only recognize grand pleasures like an epic or**sm or a delicious meal. A trip around the World or a special gift from a loved one.

While those things are pleasurable, the small pleasures of our daily lives can shift our reality greatly.

The pleasure of an inhale. The pleasure of a breeze on our face. The pleasure of wearing a favorite fabric. The pleasure of a well organized home. The pleasure of the feel of the smooth keyboard under our fingertips. The pleasure of the clicking sounds of typing these words.

Sensuality, feeling the pleasure of being, through all our senses, awakens gratitude for life itself.

The smells, sounds, tastes and feels of our experience, can expand our pleasure or contract it.

Once uppon a time, women were magic. They were the portal to the divine. The gateway to God and life itself. Revered, loved and desired. That desire turned predatory. Women were demonized, shunned and tortured, cutting humanity's connection to the divine.

Today women are remembering who they are. They are shaking their heads and realizing that they have been tricked out of their innate power, the power to love into life.

Now it is a game of worthiness. After milenia of being held down, the diving feminie is rising to understand her true nature and power lies in surrendering into her heart felt ideas and creations. Her "beingness". Her's is not a conquesting power but the power of divine connection through which nature creates all living things.

This feminine surrender into the divine requires protection and care. Kindness and grace. Allowance and safety. It is holy. It is sacred. It is messy. It is wild. This integration is necessary for the rebalancing of life. Our beautiful men are being called to provide these safe places for women while also integrating the shame and guilt of being tricked into predation.

For all of you doing this work, I feel you, see you and love you. It may not feel like it all the time, but you are right where you need to be.
