***FULL DISCLOSURE*** I communicate with my customers throughout the process when orders are made. I ask questions & I ask the same questions again for clarification. I messed up this order because I misread a response to one of my questions. The shirts were supposed to be white! 🤦🏾‍♀️😟 After reading through the messages again & realizing my mistake, I contacted the customer & apologized. Even though she said it was okay, I insisted on refiunding a portion of the money back. It was late in the afternoon, the party was the next day & it was too late for me to fix my mistake. In the year I've been doing business, this is the first mistake I've made. 😔 I pray it NEVER happens again! 🙏🏾 Thank you for your continued support! ✨️💫
