I'm down 61 pounds since November 2023. 🥰 At first it was because I wanted to come down from my all time high weight. Then the motivation switched to wanting more energy. Then switched to wanting a faster recovery time. Now it's centered thinking about money saved per calories.

Still got more to lose, but now I have a balanced amount of positive & negative reasons to continue my calorie deficit. 🥰 "My Net Diary" is an excellent barcode scanning app to track calorie deficit. Also the Renpho scale that has an app, is efficient in tracking your weight. 👍
