Coaches have the power to shape how kids see their bodies, food, and health — for better or worse.

By sponsoring "What to Say for Coaches", your business helps provide free, research-based training that equips coaches to talk about food, body, and performance in ways that build confidence, not pressure.

Your support makes it possible for thousands of coaches to model body respect, balance, and resilience for young athletes across the country.

Join us in creating sports environments that support both mental and physical health.

It’s Give to the Max — a Minnesota giving initiative (but you can be a part of the impact wherever you are!). Here's how.

Now through November 20, every dollar you give to WithAll will be matched up to $6,000 by our Board of Directors. That means your gift goes twice as far to help us reach our $12,000 goal.

$36 → $72 | 2 day of housing support
$50 → $100 | Training for 2 coaches
$100 → $200 | 2 weeks of housing support for someone in recovery
$250 → $500 | Prevention tools for 160 families
$500 → $1,000 | Resources for 16 healthcare providers

When you give to WithAll, you’re changing two futures:
You help someone in eating disorder recovery stay housed, fed, and focused on healing.
You equip parents, coaches, and healthcare providers with tools to prevent eating disorders before they start.

You don’t have to be from Minnesota to join the fun. Donations are matched no matter where you live.

Halloween candy doesn’t have to turn into a battle.
What we say about candy matters more than how much our kids eat.

Here are a few quick swaps that help kids enjoy treats—without guilt, shame, or stress:
✔️ Instead of “Candy is bad for you,” say “Candy is one of many foods we can enjoy.”
✔️ Instead of “You’ve had enough junk food,” say “Let’s enjoy a few pieces now and keep the rest for later.”

These small changes protect kids’ confidence, help them trust their bodies, and make holidays a lot less stressful for everyone.
