I’m deeply honored to receive this news from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. To be one of the few musicians who’s being considered for a second entry, now as a solo artist, is something I could never have imagined. After 44 years as a solo artist the fact that I can continue to record music and receive this recognition is something I am incredibly proud of.

Last post of the day….The perfect way to wrap up my day was at the It was a BLAST!! There was something for everyone, especially the kids! Stood in line for over an hour to see the trophy. Well worth the wait. has done a fantastic job putting on this years Kinda funny how 10yrs ago the wouldn’t even let have a commercial in the Super Bowl & now is hosting it!! Today was one for the ages for me & I can’t wait til tomorrow!!

When one of your broadcasting idols, just happens to be doing his show in your old town, you don’t mind getting up at 3am & taking the 2hr drive just to watch him and his crew in action. The best part of my birthday is that I get to share it with my daughter Hers is Feb 4th & mine is the 6th. For 17yrs she has been by my side. Concerts, games, golfing, I’ve even had her on my radio show, you name it & we fun have doing it. Love you so much kiddo, glad you had a great & thanks for always making mine so special. I love watching you grow up! ❤️ 👑
