Well confirmed by the city that the Amazon Distribution Center will be on river road across from family dollar and they do not plan to expand River road except in front of the Amazon facility itself. When I questioned if trucks teleported from SR7 to the light at the high school and then again through the portion of River road where it’s single lane I got no answer other then sorry your upset the facility is being built. No not at all I’m happy it’s coming but I would like a safe two lane road where my kids school bus has to travel with a billion semi trucks.

Hello all,

I know its been a while. I am so sorry for that. Sometimes personal life happens and then it just keeps happening. I am however bring back the newsletter. I am doing it in two pages. Mean that there will be a part of the newsletter that is specific for White Sands HOA and then there will be a part that will be for our community as a whole that will cover things like new development information, celebrations and things like that for our area.

I try my best to keep up but I am only human.

Hello homeowners!!

I am so sorry I’ve let you all down recently with no newsletters. Unfortunately there isn’t much news as we are still awaiting the votes that have until October to come in before we will know what the next move is for the HOA. I haven’t heard of any meetings or anything planned until after this vote. What I am thinking is doing an anonymous survey to see how many households have voted. Just curious where we are with the deadline approaching.

I had to have surgery Monday kind of rushed and unexpected so I will be down on bedrest for a while so I am hoping to get some information to put out for the newsletter and some feedback on how everyone feels about communications within the HOA to us homeowners.

See below for an email that recently came out from CAM regarding white sands HOA

We've been made aware of a couple errors in the email that went out earlier, they have been corrected in this version. Roberts phone number was inaccurate. The correct number is 435 760-2202



Also the offices for Georg and Larry were incorrect, Larry is the Treasurer and Georg heads up the landscape committee.

There has been some misinformation circulating around so we wanted to take a minute to clear a few things up.
1) At the meeting there were revisions given to the membership for review, and it was proposed to the membership that there needed to be changes to the CC&R's
2) The membership was given the opportunity to vote for the proposed changes, or against them.
3) From the date of the first ballot cast, the membership would be given 180 days to review and make decisions on which way they would like to vote
4) The first ballot was cast on April 3rd at the end of the meeting
5) The vote is for the CC&R's as they stand, and there will be no more modifications to them before the vote concludes.
6) Your vote needs to be notarized; this can be done anywhere. You can make an appointment at CAM or go to your bank or any Notary Public to have your ballot notarized.
7) Ballots once notarized should be sent to CAM c/o White Sands HOA 20 N Main St #100 St George UT 84770 or dropped off at the same address

Your board took a lot of time and effort to make these revisions and they believe these changes are in the best interest of the community. If you have any questions, please reach out to the board or CAM (Jim Madsen)

I have been on multiple HOA boards under the management of CAM, and have always been impressed with their professionalism and how they handle all HOA business. I would recommend them to anyone. They have always provided a great service, and the various managers that we deal with for our communities....
