Here's a quick recipe for Air-Fryer Tikka Masala:

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Air-Fry the Chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly crispy.

Make the Tikka Masala Sauce: In a pan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. Add heavy cream, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine Chicken and Sauce: Once the chicken is done, toss it in the sauce to coat evenly. Serve with rice or naan.

Chorizo, Chicken & Smoked Cheese Jacket Potatoes 🥰😋

Ingredients:

2 McCain UK IE Jacket Potatoes
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
100g chorizo, diced
100g smoked cheese, grated
Your favorite sauce (optional)
Fresh rocket salad (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven and bake the jacket potatoes as per package instructions.
While the potatoes cook, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the diced chorizo and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
Add the shredded chicken to the pan with the chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Once the potatoes are done, carefully cut them open and fluff the inside.
Top each potato with the chorizo and chicken mixture, then sprinkle with grated smoked cheese.
Place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve with a drizzle of your favorite sauce and a fresh rocket salad on the side.

Cut crumpets into cubes and pop them in the airfryer basket.
Drizzle with 30-50g melted butter, then sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Airfry at 170°C for 4-8 minutes, until crispy outside and soft inside.

AIR-FRYER LASAGNE 😍

If you fancy a quick and hassle-free lasagne, this air-fryer version is your answer. The key to success? Fresh pasta sheets! They cook much faster than dried pasta, meaning your delicious lasagne is ready in under 25 minutes, with only two pots to wash. Perfect for busy days or when you’re craving comfort food in a hurry.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

750g pork and beef mince
Fresh lasagne sheets (enough to layer 4 or more times)
Bechamel sauce (about 4 serving spoons)
Mozzarella cheese (a handful)
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
Instructions:

Make the Bolognese: In a large saucepan, cook your 750g of pork and beef mince until browned and cooked through. Add your favorite bolognese seasonings or sauce mix. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Prepare the Layers: Take your air fryer basket and remove the grill. Add two serving spoons of the bolognese mix into the bottom of the basket.

Add Fresh Lasagne Sheets: Layer fresh lasagne sheets on top of the bolognese mix, covering it completely.

Add Bechamel: Spoon one serving of bechamel sauce over the lasagne sheets.

Repeat the Layers: Repeat the process—add more bolognese mix, lasagne sheets, and bechamel sauce. Layer up to four times (or more, depending on your preference).

Top Layer: For the final layer, cover with lasagne sheets, a generous layer of bechamel, and a good handful of mozzarella cheese.

Season: Sprinkle 2 tsp each of basil and oregano over the top for added flavor.

Cook: Place the air fryer basket at 150°C and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.

1 lb (450g) frozen fries
1/2 lb (225g) ground beef or pork
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Cook Fries: Bake or fry the frozen fries according to package instructions.
Make Bolognese Sauce: In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic in a bit of oil until softened. Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
Add Sauce Ingredients: Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Assemble: Place the cooked fries on a serving plate. Spoon the Bolognese sauce over the fries.

Ajita Stuffed Chicken 😘🥰😍

Ingredients:
1 each red, green, and orange bell pepper
1 red onion
4 cloves garlic
Oil (for cooking)
1 packet of Old El Paso BBQ fajita seasoning (or your favorite fajita seasoning)
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
120g grated cheese (we used a 4 cheese blend)
4 chicken breasts
Additional oil for rubbing
1 more packet of fajita seasoning
Instructions:
Prepare the Veggies:

Dice the red, green, and orange bell peppers, red onion, and garlic.
Add them to a pan with some oil and sprinkle over your fajita seasoning (we used 1 packet of Old El Paso BBQ).
Cook until the veggies begin to soften.
Make the Cheesy Mixture:

Add 2 heaping tablespoons of sour cream and 120g of grated cheese to the veggie mix.
Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is creamy.
Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Chicken:

While the veggie mixture is cooling, cut pockets into the 4 chicken breasts.
Rub each chicken breast with oil and sprinkle another packet of fajita seasoning.
Stuff the Chicken:

Stuff each chicken pocket with the veggie and cheesy mixture.
Cook:

Air fry or bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the filling is melted and starting to crisp at the edges.

Recipe:
Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
1 chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
2 tbsp tikka masala sauce
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Butter (for spreading)
Fresh coriander (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare Chicken Tikka: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, tikka masala sauce, yogurt, garam masala, cumin, and paprika. Stir well until the chicken is fully coated.
Assemble Toastie: Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place the chicken mixture on the unbuttered side of one slice and sprinkle cheese on top. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side out.
Airfry: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the sandwich inside and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.

2 chicken breasts (Heb)
Salt + Pepper (Diamond Crystal Salt, McCormick)
Herb-heavy all-purpose seasoning (Chef’s Rub)
2 eggs (Central Market Pasture Raised)
1 cup all-purpose flour (King Arthur Baking)
1 ½ cups Panko breadcrumbs (Kikkoman)
½ cup Rosemary Asiago cheese (Sartori Cheese)
½ cup Smoked Mozzarella (Cappiello)
1 can Fire-Roasted Crushed Tomatoes (Muir Glen)
Fresh basil
Fresh thyme
Fresh rosemary
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and herb seasoning.
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. In another bowl, place flour. In a third, add Panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in Panko crumbs.
Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown each chicken breast for about 3 minutes per side.
Place browned chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Top with a sprinkle of rosemary asiago and smoked mozzarella.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, heat fire-roasted crushed tomatoes in a saucepan. Stir in fresh basil, thyme, and rosemary.
Serve the crispy chicken with the herbed tomato sauce and garnish with extra fresh basil and thyme. Enjoy!

Instructions:
Bake the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce potatoes with a fork, then bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes, until tender.

Cook the Shrimp:
While the potatoes bake, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
20-24 wonton wrappers
Olive oil (for frying)
For the Hot Butter Buffalo Sauce:

1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot or similar)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
Instructions:
Prepare the filling:

In a pan, sauté the bison, garlic, and onion over medium heat until browned. Add jalapeños, soy sauce, cumin, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the shredded cheese.
Assemble the wontons:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet enchilada seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
1 cup beef broth
1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Olive oil for frying
Optional toppings: sour cream, cilantro, sliced jalapeños
Instructions:

Cook the beef: In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then add diced onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Season: Stir in the enchilada seasoning and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the beef is well-seasoned.
Prepare tortillas: Lightly fry the tortillas in a little olive oil until soft, not crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Dip each tortilla into the sauce, then fill with beef mixture and a handful of cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down in the dish.
