Sarah Elizabeth Quigg
Psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and author Sarah Quigg is the heart-centered Leader we need for our future. She is highly intuitive, kind, and intelligent, and less than two weeks ago was fighting for her life. “I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. I went into labor and birthed both babies at home. Two days later, I developed a life-threatening infection in the uterine wall and became septic, sepsis, and septicemia”.
Quigg is known for her success as, The Heart-Centered Therapist. Her product line, Heart-Centered Thoughts, has grown to reach over 15 different countries. She creates practices to show others how to move through grief, and sit with the mystery and awe in the process of staying wide open and vulnerable. What’s next for Quigg, I can only imagine how she will take what has happened to her and use it to heal as many Hearts as she can!
When I first held a visionary belief of what my practice would look like in 2014, I had not thought of the impact it would make on this community today, or what it would/could turn into. It is such an honor to be let in to your internal experience, one that I do not take for granted. I believe the path forward will be in unity, not division. Grief is meant to be contained and witnessed in community, we’re not meant to heal alone.
My inner struggles and strong faith serve as inspiration to help as many individuals heal world-wide, and I am honored to do this with Heart-Centered, and Life in Balance Therapeutic Healing as The Heart-Centered Therapist.

A year ago on the 4th of July I was privileged to receive recognition in Entrepreneur as Top 21 Inspiring Women pictured alongside Elon Musk! I remember being deep in grief and holding more than one feeling at once (grief and gratitude) when I received this recognition, as my father was battling his life in the SICU. As a year has passed I’ve learned that I’ve gotten to be more comfortable with this teacher named grief, and as I continue to practice gratitude in grief, it reminds me that in grief we are revealed as human.
So a year later, Heart-Centered has doubled in size, offering virtual online workshops and courses all over the world and an exclusive online virtual community. I am truly humbled. Thank you for giving me this honor to create, empower and inspire transformation.
