1905 Mixstory
A disastrous shipping season in 1905 culminated with the "Mataafa Storm", which damaged nearly three dozen ships and totally destroyed six. Here is a look at where some of those vessels are now. The Ira Owen and Monkshaven are still undiscovered.
In honor of the Louisiana, Plymouth, Leafield, Smith, Regina, Hydrus, Carruthers, Argus, Wexford, Lightship 82, Scott and Price. All lost on this date (or close to it) when the gales of 1913 ravaged the lakes.
