Just checking in! I have a TON of new followers and want to introduce myself. I am Trina, mom, wife and owner of Lou El Designs. My husband and I share 4 beautiful feral children. We work really hard to show them what real love is and how hard work really does pay off. 2024 was so hard on so many of us, but the only thing that kept us going was our kids. This year broke my spirits of being a small business owner. I really had to take "mental health breaks". I had to remember to stop expecting me out of others. So I am so excited for this year ahead. I have lots of new items being released. If you are a subscriber you will have first dibs on anything new. In 2024 I was asked to be an influencer for Amazon, which is really neat. I am looking forward to diving into that and seeing the journey it leads to. Currently I am only in one boutique and forever grateful for that relationship. We can be found IN STORE at Vickie's multi-vendor Boutique. I can only hope to build more relationships this year. I aim to be in at least 5 boutiques across the United States. I am only taking custom orders as I can. After caring for our children and their activities comes my paying job. I work 8am-5pm. My husband is a trucker and IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW! He is risking his life and traveling distances to provide for the world, I am holding the house down. If I commit to a custom order that order will be paid in full before I start. I had more than 5 people back out or change their order in December alone. Had a customer ghost me on an ornament order, 20 personalized Ornaments never paid for or picked up. She was a "friend" (Yes lesson learned) 😅😵‍💫 I spent so many endless hours staying up till 3am to finish orders and lost so much of my sleep. Stressing to be the best, Stressing to make so much money because of the personal pressure of life and bills. I am sure I will still stress and lack morr sleep, but I promised myself that my only business goal this year was to just be better to myself. I am the heart of this business and without me we would not have the name to claim. I take a lot of pride and find peace while making my designs, I will continue doing that and focusing less on the pressure of an algorithm or net followers. I will still celebrate those wins but not allow them to be stressor. Thank you for my supports that have been here since day 1, to the new faces Hello! I am so glad you found my page!!!
