We are sad to loose such a great icon that supported the gun collecting community. We pray for the Blue Book Family to find the strength to make it through this difficult time.

Dear Blue Book customers, family, and friends,

It is with extreme sadness to let you know about author/publisher Steve "S.P." Fjestad's untimely passing. Steve fought a short but courageous battle with cancer that unfortunately ended on Monday, July 15.

Steve's family is having a traditional ceremony on Saturday, July 20, in his hometown of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and we are planning a Celebration of Life in the next few months - more details to come.

Please know that operations will continue "as is" at Blue Book Publications, and we will continue to offer the same products and services you have come to expect.

We are shocked and saddened to lose our leader and trusted friend, we are committed to carry on the incredible legacy that he has created.

-BBP Family
