2 years ago this month I caught COVID and survived what felt like a near death experience. Today I had an important conversation with a friend that I feel must be shared to vaccinated and unvaccinated people:

My friend:
I hear that Covid is ramping up out there in the schools and everywhere right after this New Years break.... You should work on building you immune system up... Watch what your eating, take all your supplements, drink plenty of clean water... Be careful and wear your mask doubled up and wear it everywhere you go... Don't forget to take your Vitim D3 and drink plenty of natural citrus drinks( limons, grapefruit etc...).You don't wanna get sick in the next few months....

Ok you already know mostly all of this already... But here it goes again... So start with these things... Get yourself a "Saline" Nasal Spray... And use it to cleanse your nasal passage way 3x's a day... Also get you some mouthwash.... And gargle with it 3x's a day.... These cheap ones from Walmart will work just fine... The reason why you need to do this is... The virus start off by attacking your nasal and throat systems... It will incubate in your nasal system and drip down into your throat and infect your throat... From there it will start to grow stronger and drip down and get into your lungs.... From there in gets into your blood system through your lungs and starts attacking all of your other organs... As it also attacks your airway system by filling your air broccoli with fluid.... That why the cough starts up because of the running nose and inflamed throat and fluid in the lungs... That's how these viruses pretend they are just a regular cold... So anything that acts like a simple cold... You've got to fight it off viciously before it can get rooted and get a stronger hold on breaking down your immune defenses... So once again plenty of fresh clean bottle water... Preferably "Crystal Geyser" Spring Water... It's the cheapest water you can buy it anywhere... At Walmart you can get it for $1.00 dollar a gallon... And buy some 100% juice... Most bottles of juice say they are 100% juice... But when you look on the back or side of the bottle you'll see they are not... Always check and buy only the 100% juice kind... The rest all all made up of sugar, dyes and other sweeteners...

Start eating vegetables and fruits that are high in antioxidants and nutrients... Blue berries, greens, fresh oranges, lemons, apples... Stay away from corn oils and all of those cheap cooking oils... They are definitely not good for you especially now.. And definitely no dairy that creates mucus ..

You are absolutely correct my friend! My children and I use the Navage saline system to irrigate my nose ears throat. However it's not cheap runs about $100 at Target. Drink A1 Electric Water (Alkaline). I also faithful take black seed oil, turmeric, garlic, water lily oil geranium oil, camphor, and an old family recipe I call Jamaica Bliss it's citrus soup my Dad passed down to me that kills infection. Oil of oregano is at the top of my list as well as and last but not least two daily shots of biblical healing juice.

This juice is powerful and stops many symptoms in its tracks. For centuries many tribes have used this juice to prevent an intercept deadly infections. We are one of the only places to get it!
