There's so much information out there, and viewers don't want to spend a lot of time on one thing. This said, using a powerfully crafted video gives you a real edge in this competitive world. In my years working in television and making films, I learned one powerful lesson: think about your audience first. You can pass a ton of information to a viewer in a short time -- about a minute. And if you

do it well, you've won the confidence of that viewer and turned them into a customer, client or in some cases, a friend.
