I've been raising my five-year-old son Luke on my own since forever, and my ex hardly ever sees him. Four months ago, I started dating Jake. He seemed like a total catch — a teacher who loves kids. When I introduced him to Luke, they hit it off right away. Recently, Jake invited us to his parents' house by the ocean for some chill time. It sounded perfect, so off we went.

I'm a flight attendant, and I once had one of the weirdest flights of my life. After we landed, everyone got off the plane—except for one guy who refused to leave his seat.
When I saw his face, I froze. He was the spitting image of our pilot, Edward. But here's the thing: I'd never heard of Edward having any close relatives. I asked the guy to leave, but he flat-out refused and said he wouldn't go until he saw Edward. NEIGHBOR KEPT STARING THROUGH MY WINDOWS FOR WEEKS – I WAS FED UP AND TAUGHT HIM AN UNFORGETTABLE LESSON.
I live in a ground-floor apartment in a converted house. My neighbors, whose backyard faces mine, can see into my whole backyard and vice versa.
My place has this great wall of windows at the back, which is a big reason I chose it. I love keeping plants, and the light is just perfect. The neighbors' big backyard is only about 10-15 feet from my windows.
When it got warm, I started noticing the husband next door staring into my apartment a lot. Sometimes he'd just stand there and stare for minutes. I started shutting the shades during the day, but that made my place dark and cramped, and my plants were struggling without the light.

My beloved wife, Emma, decided to start looking for a job in retail, thinking it would be the perfect fit for her interests. One day, while at the shopping center, she saw that a famous lingerie shop was hiring, as advertised on a poster outside the store.
Emma excitedly went into the store and tried to speak to the sales assistant. However, the assistant ignored her until she was practically right in her face.
