Message from Hope's Parents.
Hope is 15 years old. She lives with her father in Duncanville. She had been living with me, her mother, Elva “Tes” Moore, and her stepfather, Jeffery “Jeff” Moore and her brother as late as July 2024. We live in Terrell and we all work/go to school in Wills Point. Hope was a student in Wills Point ISD until she moved in with her father in July. As of early December, her father moved to Duncanville.
Hope ran away from her father’s house in Duncanville on Dec. 15th at around 5:30pm. She has not returned and has not reached out. She had nothing with her; she was wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants with Converse sneakers. She has long dark brown hair, dark brown eyes and is about 5’2” and about 125-130 lbs - medium build. She looks Hispanic, but she is actually part Filipino and part anglo. She is officially listed as a missing person.
She was believed to have run away to Wills Point, Texas; however, she has not been located there.
Hope has been diagnosed with psychological disorders. She has previously attempted suicide and is not on her medications. She’s also been diagnosed with NEE - non-epileptic events.
Without her medications, Hope is at risk of escalating with respect to her suicidal tendencies/behaviors.
We also believe Hope at this time is likely taking illicit drugs or medications not prescribed for her. We are certain she has been smoking vapes. We believe she has been vaping THC in particular. These substances increase the danger of the onset of suicidal crisis for Hope.
We love our daughter and are eagerly awaiting her return. Please let us know if you have knowledge of her whereabouts. Please do not protect her by harboring her or the knowledge of where she is; this will only increase the risk of suicidal or medical crisis for her.
We remain focused and determined in our search for her. We will exhaust every means necessary to do that and to respond to any lead we uncover. We want our dau
