Congratulations, to Viola Davis ! We are screaming “Yess.” She now has EGOT status.

Congratulations to Viola Davis for achieving EGOT status! Davis won the Best Audio Book, Narration & Storytelling Recording Grammy for the audiobook of her memoir “Finding Me.”

She is only the third Black woman to win an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award.

Nzinga "Zing" Shaw, is the Chief DEI Officer at The Recording Academy. The academy comprises of musicians, producers, recording engineers, and other musical professionals. It is most known for the GRAMMY Awards, which recognizes the achievements of outstanding music industry professionals from
across the globe.
