. . . and then there was one. All four of the private offices downstairs/street level in Ross are now rented. In the upstairs loft, only this beauty remains. One to four people. Common area amenities include a large conference room with 50" Apple TV, "living room", phone room, high-speed wifi, kitchenette. Industrial chic design, hardwood floors, open old redwood beamed ceiling, use of garden area. Free coffee and discount at the Village Corner downstairs (kombucha on tap, Equator nitro cold brew on tap, yummy food). A creative ad agency is looking at it next week . . . best hurry . . . before there is none.

Here we go again! Mind Tank HQ's newest location in Larkspur Landing is awesome (if I do say so myself). Next door to the ferry, walk to Marin Country Mart . . . decks overlooking the bay, conference rooms, kitchen . . . four private offices, dedicated desks and coworking available October 1st. Only had a day and all the private offices may be taken. Best hurry if you're looking!

The new Mind Tank HQ (all private offices) Loft in Ross is open! Located above the old Alain Pinel offices, these beautifully designed and furnished offices feature a common area with conference room, living room, kitchenette and phone room. It's 100% leased, but the conference room (seats 10, with 46" Apple TV and white board) and common area is available to rent by the hour.
