I love turtles. The turtle is my spirit animal. Brandon Priest found this little one in the yard today. It was right by our bird feeders which is a really bad spot for it. I was so tempted to keep this adorable little turtle but decided it would be better in nature. I moved it to some tall grass but not before snapping a quick pic of this beautiful turtle belly pattern! It reminds me of a tree or a tree of life of sorts. Nature is cool and you never know what you might find in your backyard.
