Sharing an idea to substitute for shomrim if we can't have them in person. Thank you Rabbi Margaret Frisch-Klein

"We couldn't have hired shomrim. So I told my congregation that we would do that work. It is holy work. All through the weekend, starting Friday afternoon, members of my congregation have been saying psalms at home. We set up a google doc and by the end of the weekend, all 150 Psalms will have been said at least once.

Jewish Heritage Night at Hofstra Basketball
1) This Thursday, February 7th is Hofstra University Hillel's Jewish Heritage Night at Hofstra Men's Basketball. The game starts at 7pm (come earlier for the fun zone for kids). When you buy through Hofstra Hillel, tickets are $10 and you get fun giveaways (rally towels and beach balls).
