We’re hiring! The Cape Ann Museum is immediately looking for a new Head of Education & Community Engagement, an Events & Stewardship Manager, and looking to the future for a new Chief Curator in 2027!

The Cape Ann Museum seeks…
🎒 A Head of Education & Community Engagement to develop and implement the Museum’s educational mission and programming, and manage the thoughtful and thought-provoking interpretive content to accompany all exhibition and permanent collection displays.
👥 An Events & Stewardship Manager to manage all details pertaining to individual and corporate member events annually.
🖼️ A Chief Curator to design, plan and execute a vibrant and creative strategy to investigate, illuminate and celebrate the art and culture of Cape Ann as a singularly unique place.

The Cape Ann Museum is a regional museum at the epicenter of artistic and marine history in the northeast. The Museum’s nationally significant collections include fine and decorative arts, artifacts from the major industries of the area—the fisheries and granite quarrying—as well as an extensive Library & Archives.
