You are uniquely made with special attention to detail. One of a kind. You bring to the world what no other person can. Yeah, maybe it’s hidden somewhere behind some plaster and sheet rock, but it’s there. You’re original, the only you. So go do “you things” and have “you ideas”.

We all have a tendency to put on a front, especially in the professional world. We don’t want to be caught off guard or seen as not having the answers. Fake it til you make it is the mantra. But why? That’s stress inducing. How about be real and say it like it is. It’s much easier to create when our walls our lowered just a bit more. Let humility, truth, and curiosity win some days.
