We will never have an answering service at the office, we will always take your feedback into consideration, and we will never allow tour managers to use our resource. Like many of you reading this copy,

our founders were sitting in their sales office at a hotel property in Michigan trying to figure out where they could best advertise to attract the entertainment groups that were coming into Pine K**b (not DTE, PINE K**B!) and they didn’t have much luck. Over 20 years later, we can tell you that it has been an amazing yet trying road to making sure that we can confidently answer the very question that sparked the idea for Tour Connection in the first place.
