Just how neighborly is the Landlord Landsman of 500 South Ave. 1000 Call's for service between 10/29/2022 and 6/4/2024. I took the raw data from PDF 123 pages scrapped it did lookups for each event. Thank you response to FOIL (except for the 26% redactions). I have been trying to FOIL this information for years. Numbers tell a story.

2/ Housing is a right, I hold fast to that. I want quality housing. It is my operating principle we have a level of service for people in need that is not being met and the data proves my point. How many folks would think having sirens ambulances, firetrucks in daily dosage?

3/ At times it feels like an unofficial psych center being run without the requisite level of service for the people in need. We have 189 families in this building. Some fear for their lives, others hide, but every day they are faced with repetitive trauma.

4/ We cannot have a cognitive disconnect between level of care and understanding what's working in housing and what in fact is harming people. Often I hear people say to me well its 189 families, and I say no. If I lived in NYC on 72 central park west there are the same size units. Its about resources and the level of care that we have now warehoused the vulnerable and in fact failed to check-in on how are they doing. David Andreatta wrote a great story years ago about this building and some of the tenants struggles. So I'm not the first talk about this. But since numbers are what I do I needed the numbers. Now how and what gets done to mitigate the harms done to the these families requires knowledge expertise I do not have. Displacement and the shoving people away is not an acceptable outcome. Mitigate and harm reduction now without displacement.

Court Watch Rochester

Ampie Enterprises Inc owned by Tina Paradiso bankruptcy 341 Creditors meeting was held yesterday. I have listened to the recording of it and it is not postable or broadcastable as per federal court rules.

No creditors showed up to the hearing.

She was asked by the Trustee: Ms. Paradiso please raise your right hand do you swear and affirm that the testimony your about to give today shall be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the Truth". Paradiso answers in the affirmative and reminded to speak up.

Biggest take away is she says she is owed 264 Thousand Dollars by Community Resource Collaborative her largest receivable.

She said her accountant fired her in regards to her tax returns.

She disclosed that she would be filing bankruptcy for another entity called Paradiso Consolidated. ( I have checked pacer.gov no filing as of yet.)

She said TSM Development Corporation was no longer operating and that it was a rental company. (My p***c records search show a sale of property for 148K on February 6, 2024.

She was directly asked about the D/b/a (Doing Business As) 'Imprinting Lives" for Ampie Enterprise Inc. She said that is was discontinued in the october/november 2023 time frame. (I have checked public county records/state records there is another "Imprinting Lives" that is also a dba she created for Community Resource Collaborative. Which Department of State has filed on 9/11/2023.)

She said the company owns no vehicles.

She stated she had four employees as of March 2024 and they were all laid off.

She was asked by the trustee was she paid in any other form of compensation from the corporation other that on W2 form. She said no, just the w2 form.

MY NOTE:
In closing it is important to note that this is not a personal bankruptcy nor did she inform the trustee such would happen. So there may be more questions down the road and her attorney will be provided with requests for documents from her attorney to provide to the Trustee. Also be mindfull the fact the Paradiso states that her company is owed 264 thousand dollars raises questions about Community Resource Collaborative and did in fact Ampie Enterprises Advance money to them? Paradiso and her attorney have to respond and submit additional documentation such as bank statements and the Trustee will be providing that list to her attorney.

This audio is a conspiracy in my opinion of an executive director of non profit leaning in on subordinate staff member to loan an agency money 2019 under the guise of keeping agency open, mascarading the loan as his, but in fact really from a subordinate employee, then allegedly telling the board was him loaning the money, then never paying the employee back, and when confronted by employee, executive director who claims agency had 150k in investment accounts and lays out that it was a debt owed recorded on the books, reminds them THEY WOULD BOTH BE FIRED if the board knew it was really the subordinate employee who loaned the money. Further in this audio executive director claims that if he died “his executor is directed” to make payment to employee.

This is insane conduct in my opinion and it’s troubling. What else happened here?

Updated filing in Tina Paradiso’s Ampie Enterprises Inc bankruptcy case. She was the former Executive Director of Community Resource Collaborative.

She has moved out of state since June 4th declaration.

2023 $1,163,688 Gross Income
2022 $1,302,021. Gross Income

The expenses and or net profit are not disclosed on the filing but the tax returns have been “uploaded to trustee”.

We know there was over 1.5 Million and more in debt of that over 943k to USA/SBA

Did Monroe County do any financial due diligence seeing if Tina and her company could serve the county well by awarding NON Profit Community Resource Collaborative (CRC) 7.2 Million. Reminder that CRC is now for all purposes defunct as well. CRC was housed at 100 College Avenue imbedded with Tina’s company Ampie Enterprises Inc.

The other interesting thing is that no where in the bankruptcy filing is Community Resource Collaborative mentioned as a debtor or creditor to Tina or her companies (She also owned TSM Development Corp and Paradiso Consolidated Corp) are listed as credit or debtor. Like did CRC pay her rent? Did CRC owe her?

It seemed from social media Tina had the wind at her back doing some real community work with more elected officials throwing themselves at press conferences Joe Morelle, Adam Bello, Robert Duffy chamber of commerce guy, mayors office of economic development and on and on. It’s important the public know what happened here. If the county never came along or NPC came along would Tina have still been in business? Who picked Tina and why? Did they set her up as the patsy? Did she take advantage of things? Did anybody care to examine how she was managing her business and not for profit?

What roll did Anthony Hall, play who replaced Tina as executive director of CRC? Is he legally still the Executive Director or acting in any capacity for the organization? Is attorney Langston McFadden still representing CRC? If so who’s paying him? Insurance company?

Interestingly enough there isn’t a personal bankruptcy filing here so far. Many of the debts were personally guaranteed according the filing. Certainly this can’t be a desired outcome for anyone. But only one so far that’s made the move for public disclosure is the one who swears under penalties of perjury on her companies bankruptcy filing is Tina Paradiso. This is all to nuts.
