January is Poverty Awareness Month. Register to attend a free screening about intergenerational poverty that follows 3 families over 14 years to see the young children, now adults and how they are doing. Register below. 1/27, doors open at 6pm.

RMAPI and WXXI will hold a screening of the documentary Born Poor on Tuesday, January 27, at WXXI Studios. This powerful film explores the realities of economic hardship and the systems that shape young people's opportunities.

Following the screening, RMAPI will hold a panel discussion featuring young adults who will share their experiences on their journey to upward economic mobility. This event is FREE and OPEN to the public, but registration is required.
