there’s no reason why you can’t sit back and enjoy the holidays as a content creator, even if it’s the busiest time of year! follow some of these tips to make the most of your content and your holiday season 🤍✨
1. Set it and forget it: you’re probably overthinking your content a lot of the time! Have a bunch of presents to wrap? Set the camera down, hit record, and do your thing. Even better if you can remember to move the position of your phone a few times throughout to grab a couple different angles. Take a couple seconds from each, add your favorite trick your grandma taught you for curling ribbon, and you’re good to go!
2. RECYCLE ♻️: reusing things and giving it a second life doesn’t have to be only about physical possessions, it can be used for content too! Whether you re-edit some of your favorite outfits of the season together into a mashup, or you take a high performing video from this time last year and add a new text hook over top. There’s a whole world of people who didn’t see your content the first time, or could get something new out of you using it again!
3. Scheduling 🗓️: loading your content in to go live at a specific time ahead of the holidays take the stress out of having to pull your phone out at the dinner table and avoids the wine drunken typos. Schedule it now so you can sit back and relax!
