Warmer weekends, nicer runs, thoughtful hikes, and some inspiration to fuel your more positive mental state. One of the many things I love about our guests is that not one of them ever quit. They failed, they brooded, they were challenged, yet they all took a sliver of positivity, a molecule of redemption, and turned it into a vision for their successful future. They never played the victim, they just were who they were. They found the best in a tough situation and spun it into something grand, for them and others. 21 episodes for you to learn from at your leisure. Listen up!
