This warmup is just what I like to do, the reps/sets are what I like to do, you may benefit from doing more or not doing as much.
I would usually do just the TRX plus external/internal rotation or just the banded movements.
I just started using the TRX & think there are actually a ton of different things that could be done on it, like calisthenics and Pilates type movements. So if you have access to one, maybe consider exploring that 🌱

Tricep rope push down 3x10-12 (this one is silly bc I’ll get to like 8 easily and then every rep after that is SO difficult)
Also I hate getting a tricep pump 😔
