2 weeks ago we had the opportunity to eat pancakes, wear pajamas, and talk about all of the cool things God did last year. We also got to start on our first project where we make crafts to sell for BGMC.

These wonderful girls got to celebrate all of their achievements with BGMC this year by having a fun pool party! Last year, the kids raised $2252.56, and this year, the kids have already raised $2306.51, and the year isn't even over yet! Let's finish the year out strong!

This past Sunday we talked about all that God is doing in Mexico through BGMC and we got to try a Mexican drink called a Watermelon Agua Fresca. If you missed it, reach out to Pastor Baba and he can give you more info about this country.

This past Sunday we spoke about missionaries who go to sensitive countries and how they sometimes have to keep their identity a secret to keep themselves and their family safe. Tomorrow all of you we get the awesome opportunity to hear from one of those missionaries! He's going to tell you all about the creative and interesting ways that he is going to do missions overseas. I hope we get to see you tomorrow night!

Good job kids! We received 107.89 in our November offering. This means that we have raised 2113.89 so far for BGMC. We're more than half way towards our goal for 2022 so keep up the good work!

Tomorrow, Sunday, January 2, 2022 we have a very special guest speaker at Life Church! The National Speed the Light Director, Eric Hoffman will be speaking, and Kids Alive will join the adults for service in the sanctuary to hear his message. Speed the Light is how our teens give to missions, and we believe his message will also minister to our elementary kids! We will have service engagement bags available in the lobby to help your student stay focused and interact during service! See you there!

Every Wednesday afternoon we get to lead a chapel service for our Life Academy daycare’s After School program and it is always so much fun! These kids have grown so much in their knowledge and love for the Lord. This week several of them asked to borrow a Bible from the shelf to follow along with during the Bible Account time, and at the end of chapel were asking if they could take one of them home. 11 students said they didn’t have their own Bible to use at home, and we gave them each their very own, brand new, Kid’s study Bible! They were SO excited!

THIS right here is WHY we do kids ministry! To see children come to love God so much they are craving having a copy of His Word with them to read at home.

Kids Alive partners with missionaries all around the world through BGMC (Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge). Missionaries meet critical needs and tell people about Jesus all over the world, and BGMC helps supply them with whatever tool or materials they need. Our kids learn about, pray for, and give to missions through BGMC.
