UPDATE 2:20 P.M.: A truck with drinking water is expected to arrive at Eastern Government Center by 2:30 p.m. Also, pallets of bottled drinking water will be available at the Eastern Government Center at that time.

A truck with drinking water is expected to arrive at the Mental Health East Center by 3 p.m.

We will provide more information as soon as possible about availability of bottled drinking water at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, Fairfield Area Library, Varina Area Library and Sandston Branch Library.

We have water tanks at the Eastern Government Center (3820 Nine Mile Rd) and the East Mental Health Center (3908 Nine Mile Road). This resource is available immediately. Please bring a container to fill from the tank.

This afternoon, we will have bottled water available at eastern libraries. We will update with specific locations once this resource is available.

Beginning at 1 p.m., residents can call 804-501-4275 and press for option #2 for more information.

RICHMOND, Va. — The City of Richmond remains in a water crisis Thursday morning. Here is the latest information:

As water restoration continues throughout Richmond, city leaders urge those with water service to conserve water allowing the city's system gets back up to full pressure.
The reservoir filled to 17 feet on Wednesday night/Thursday morning (it holds 18 feet) and 8 zones are back online.
The entire City of Richmond (plus Henrico and eastern Hanover) remains under a Boil Water Advisory
There is no definitive timeline for when the entire city will see normal flowing water
Bottled water pick-up sites are located around Richmond
Richmond Schools remain closed all week, but meals will be provided to students who need
