WVCWFest was a milestone for us. Familiar faces and new ones alike came together to celebrate the thriving music scene here in Richmond, and to say goodbye to our old building. The diversity in sound between each of the acts was unusual, but we think it beautifully reflected the diversity of music played here at the station. . We DID livestream the whole time, and we’re proud of that, but technical difficulties made our sound less-than-optimal. In an effort to do these incredible acts justice, we have remixed and color corrected the streamed performances, and we’ll be posting them on our YouTube channel tomorrow! . 5 of the 6 performances are being re-uploaded, the ones from Hypochondriac, This Man May Die, Paradiso, Seaghouls, and Shockie. The sixth performance, from Permanent, will be posted next week as a stand-alone Nails On A Chalkboard set!
