So what do you do if you need a picture and nobody is there to help you?🤷🏽‍♀️

You take a selfie!🤳

While it’s not bad to use the traditional very-obvious selfie pose (you know the one), you’ll want some diversity in there.

Here’s a few key points to get a nice looking selfie that isn’t super obvious at a glance.

📱Set your phone on a tripod or prop it up against something

Social media isn’t what I wanted to do with my life.

I BARELY posted on Facebook, much less Instagram, so becoming a social media manager wasn’t necessarily on my radar📲

However, during a rather crummy time during my life, I learned HOW to use social media for my online business and immediately fell in love!

Understanding the platform I was using, interacting with people via social media, doing videos, and creating content became a creative outlet for me🎨 And it STUCK!

Is your Inner Critic hindering you from posting what you REALLY need to post?❌

Do you not post pictures of yourself because you say you're not “photogenic”?😢 Or you refuse to do video because you don’t like the way your voice sounds?🙉 Or you abstain from posting something of deep substance that will resonate with your audience because you’re afraid of how you’ll come across?😖

For a successful social media campaign, you need to show your lovely face (for the majority of brands), you especially need to be on video now, and you need to get a little bit vulnerable💓

Do you know WHY?

Because these things help us to CONNECT with our audience👏

Ironically, these are some of the biggest stumbling blocks I’ve seen people face when it comes to posting ✨authentically✨

Remember: We tend to be more critical of ourselves than anyone else.
