I would like to take a moment to just put out there that I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunities that have presented themselves in my life this year thus far. I want to sincerely thank every one of my clients from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with their music. If we have worked together in any capacity at all, I want to thank you for not only your trust, but your friendship as well. If I would have asked myself 3 years ago where I would be today I would honestly not expect to be anywhere close to where I am right now. I have had 4 days "off" basically since March (and it's not slowing down basically through the rest of the year) grinding on sessions and new projects, as well as working with Kidzbop (on a full time production schedule at this point) as well. This is not supposed to be a post just bragging, or at ALL complaining about not having "days off" because it truly doesn't feel like work. It's just a post of immense gratitude and appreciation. Since I was a kid all I wanted to do was make music. I have also worked job after job daydreaming about not being there and being at home working on music, and doing anything I possibly could to make that a reality. I truly feel like this year has been the "payoff" I have needed for years. Keep grinding for yourself, and work overtime for yourself. Learn new things in your spare time, it's easy to get caught in the doomscroll. My momma always told me to keep on keepin' on, and do whatever makes me happy. Everything else will fall in place. She was right, and if she were here today she would be so proud to see that I'm sticking through it and doing just that. Anyhow, rant over TL;DR Do what makes you happy, celebrate your wins, and keep on keepin' on.
