- UPDATE!!! Due to over 50% of our staff and individuals that have tested positive for Flu A Abilities’s is doing what we feel is the safest. Abilities will be CLOSED the rest of the week. We are taking extra cleaning precautions in our building to try and stop the spread when returning. The safety of our individuals and staff is always our top priority.

We hope each and everyone of you are doing well and all of this passes soon. If you are not sick or start to feel better enjoy your days off .

We will see everyone Monday! We will also post about having our Valentines Party next week as week

- We will be CLOSED Tuesday, 2/11/25, to let our individuals and staff try to pass this round of sickness. Our number one priority is to minimize the spread of these illnesses to our staff and individuals. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but their health is our main concern!

Sean and Dave, the impact you made on one of our individuals yesterday was something that cannot be described in words. Ian’s hero’s, favorite celebrities, and radio hosts made a surprise visit to come say “hi” to their number one fan, but them just saying “hi” is an understatement.

Here are some words from Ian’s sister, “Little do they know through all of Ian’s hard times and hospital stays they are the ones that helped get him through his bad and good days!! Their personalities are so contagious and amazing!! The impact they have made to Ian has been huge!! To him he met his celebrities of choice yesterday!!!”

We are so excited to see the opening of the bridge tomorrow! For almost 2 years this crew has been working so hard, and they were amazing people to work alongside with. Thank you Beaty Construction, Inc. for all your hard work! We are also excited for KICKS 96 to be broadcasting from our building tomorrow for the event 🎉

It's a new year and the new U.S. 27 bridge is ready to open! The new bridge in downtown Richmond is expected to open to traffic on or after Wednesday, Jan. 8 after the morning commute. The new and improved bridge includes city signage and the Richmond star, creating a signature backdrop for a growing downtown. Thanks for your patience during construction.

Meet the Staff!
• This is Karen, and she is one of our incredible art room assistants! She enjoys spending time with her 12 grandkids, flower gardening, taking care of her turtles, and her favorite, organizing! She likes to eat at Clara’s Pizza and Maid Rite. Louisiana is one of her favorite places to visit, specifically to the cemetery’s and voodoo shops. Karen is a huge Cleveland Browns fan and also enjoys watching Joey Logano race in NASCAR!

Meet the Staff!
• This is Sheila, and she is one of our incredible lead teachers. Some of her favorite places to eat are Penn Station, Clara’s, and Victors. She enjoys watching Titans Football and all Georgia sports. Her dream vacation would be to London, and if she could meet any celebrity it would be Blake Shelton.
