Markeaus “Miz The Manager,” Turner started as a street promoter, hustling flyer, top bay area rappers, night clubs, and house parties in the early 2000s. He later worked for KPR1 radio as a producer, a program manager, and a host. He Later parlayed his experiences and started managing hip-hop artists. At the same time, Wilson “A&R Milli,” Medizibal began his career as a hip-hop artist in the mid-2000s and slowly transitioned to a ghostwriter penning tracks for local bay area rappers writing hooks and melodies. He then began directing videos for the artist before settling in as an A&R.
